Hi, I’m Andy, your local dog trainer, adventure buddy, and total animal lover. I train dogs in the Grosse Pointes, Saint Clair Shores, and surrounding areas. I believe every pup deserves a chance to reach their highest potential and strengthen the bond between a dog and a dog’s best friend.

I graduated from Animal Behavioral College with a certification in dog training and have 4 years of experience working in the dog industry. When I’m not working with amazing dogs and their humans, you’ll probably find me exploring new places, hiking a scenic trail, or immersing myself in the local music industry.

My training style is positive, practical, and packed with patience. I’m here to help you and your pup build better communication, confidence, and connection, whether it's mastering the basics or tackling tough behaviors.

How I Started

My journey into dog training began with Kara, my childhood German Shepherd. She was smart, stubborn, and endlessly loyal—everything you’d expect from the breed. As a kid, I had no formal training, just a deep love for her and a willingness to learn.

We figured things out together. Through trial, error, and a lot of patience, Kara taught me the foundations of trust, consistency, and communication. She sparked my passion, and soon I was helping friends and neighbors with their dogs too.

Kara may be gone now, but every dog I work with is a reminder of where it all began—with her.
